Next Webinar
- Registration:
- If you haven’t already, please register for the webinar by clicking on this link: [Registration Link].
- After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing the unique webinar link.
- Accessing the Webinar Link:
- Locate the confirmation email in your inbox (check your spam/junk folder if you don’t see it).
- The email will contain a direct link to join the webinar. This link is unique to you.
- Joining the Webinar:
- Click the Link: At the scheduled time, click on the webinar link provided in the confirmation email.
- Zoom Client: You will be prompted to open Zoom. If you already have the Zoom desktop client installed, it will launch automatically. If not, you’ll have the option to download and install it quickly.
- Join from Your Browser: If you prefer not to download the Zoom client, you can usually select the “Join from your browser” option (this may be located at the bottom of the prompt).
- Audio Connection:
- Upon joining, you may be prompted to select your audio source. We recommend selecting “Join with Computer Audio” for the best experience.
- Ensure your computer speakers are turned on or your headphones are connected.
- Webinar Controls:
- As an attendee, your video and microphone will typically be muted by default.
- Use the Q&A feature (usually at the bottom of the Zoom window) to submit questions to the presenter.
- The chat feature may be available for general comments and interaction, depending on the webinar settings.
- Troubleshooting:
- No Audio: Double-check your speaker volume and ensure the correct audio output device is selected in your computer’s settings.
- Connection Issues: Ensure you have a stable internet connection. Close any unnecessary applications that may be consuming bandwidth.
