Jason specializes in relationship counseling, anxiety and stress management, men’s mental health, and family systems therapy. He works with couples facing communication breakdowns, trust issues, and major life transitions, guiding them toward healthier dynamics and deeper understanding. His approach integrates evidence-based modalities such as Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and solution-focused techniques.
In addition to couples work, Jason supports individuals dealing with burnout, grief, identity shifts, and career stress. He believes therapy should be collaborative and empowering, helping clients develop practical tools they can apply in daily life.
Jason earned his Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology with a specialization in Marriage and Family Therapy and continues to pursue advanced training in trauma-informed care and attachment-based interventions.
Outside of his clinical practice, Jason enjoys hiking, live music, and spending quality time with his family. He is passionate about breaking the stigma surrounding mental health and believes that seeking support is a sign of strength, not weakness.
